Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident before upgrading. Here is exactly what to expect if you ever need to cancel or request a refund.

Within 15 days — 50% Refund

Applies to both Monthly and Annual plans

If you are not satisfied within the first 15 calendar days of your initial payment or renewal, you may request a 50% refund of the amount paid for that billing period.

  • The 15-day window starts on the date your payment is processed.
  • Partial months or days are not prorated — the 50% applies to the full period charged.
  • For Annual plans, the 50% refund applies to the full annual charge if requested within 15 days.
  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval.

To request a refund, email us at support.elocent@gmail.com with your registered email and order details. We process refunds within 3–5 business days.

After 15 days — No Refund

Applies to both Monthly and Annual plans

Refund requests made after 15 days from the billing date will not be eligible for a refund — regardless of whether the subscription was actively used.

  • You may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a cancelled period.

Annual Plans

Pro Annual (15% off) & Pro+ Annual (20% off)

Annual plan subscribers benefit from a discounted upfront price (15% off Pro, 20% off Pro+) in exchange for a full-year commitment. The same refund window applies:

Pro Annual

15% off the yearly total

50% refund if cancelled within 15 days of payment. No refund after 15 days.

Pro+ Annual

20% off the yearly total

50% refund if cancelled within 15 days of payment. No refund after 15 days.

Exceptions & Special Cases

We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a billing error on our end.
  • Subscription renewed unintentionally within 48 hours — evaluated case by case.
  • Service unavailability for an extended period due to our infrastructure.

Exceptions are reviewed and issued as store credits or refunds at our discretion. Please contact support with supporting evidence for exception requests.
